Taking elements from our coaches’ elite sporting backgrounds; our S&C class will help improve technique, strength, explosive power and aerobic capacity. Integrates dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, metabolic conditioning equipment and plyometrics.

Burn & sculpt

Feel the burn, get your sweat on and get sculpted in this high energy session. Full body and full of energy - core work included as standard.

Big compound movements, coached technically and using varying tempos. Build a strong base with the fundamentals; squat, push, pull, hinge, press, lunge and carry.

Micro pulses, plies and deceptively light weights will enhance body alignment, balance and core engagement. You may not be dripping in sweat but you’ll certainly feel the burn.
